Speed Clinic 2016

For all young athletes who want to increase speed and agility in all sports

November 11th, 12th and 13th K-Fitness & Athletic Performance will be having an athletic movement and speed clinic for students 9-16 years of age.The clinics will be held at Mercy college, either on the turf field or grass field. If it rains, we will be in Victory gymnasium. This clinic is designed for athletes in all sports. If you commit to 6 hours it will benefit you for the rest of your life.

This small group approximately 2 hour daily clinic will focus on acceleration (day 1), max velocity/top speed (day 2), and change of direction (day 3). You will learn the mechanics of each movement and apply these when putting everything together at the end of each session. You will obtain the foundation to become efficient in your athletic movement and the knowledge to become aware of improper movement. You will physically be able to identify when you feel fast and quick opposed to not, due to what you’ve learned in three days. Finally, you will have jump started your way into becoming a better athlete on the field and off the field during individual and team training.

Good mechanics makes you faster, quicker and stronger, and keeps you healthy and off the bench.
